December already?!

Hello to all! We hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. We had much to be thankful for this year.

We started Thanksgiving Day with moving the first load of stuff over to the house, and then took a nice long break to enjoy lunch with family. We went to Kate (Catherine's cousin) & Sam's house in Coppell for lunch with the Bryan family clan, as well as Christopher's girlfriend's family. It was a wonderful afternoon. The evening was wrapped up with another trip to the house with stuff, thanks to the help of Bill & Corinne.

Friday through Sunday were all moving days. We got everything over there, and somewhat settled (amazingly enough!), thanks to the help of all of our parents. We now have everything out of the apartment, and turned in our keys yesterday. Now we're on to the (relatively small/easy) tasks of unpacking stuff from our apartment, moving stuff from our storage unit, and picking up a few pieces of furniture from Bill & Corinne's storage unit... Oh, and decorating for Christmas! (But that's the fun part -- at least for me!)
