Jeremy is growing like crazy, and is super fun these days. Experimenting with his voice, playing on his tummy a lot - eager to crawl, throwing toys around, exploring anything within reach -- and putting it in his mouth, loving standing (with support), starting to sit up himself... There's never a dull moment these days! At his four-month appointment (about six weeks ago), he was at 90th percentile in length (25.5 inches), but 25th percentile in weight (14 lbs, 8 oz) and 12th percentile in head circumference. Our long and lean boy is a happy Little Man!

| Jeremy - Sitting up! - April 2014 |
Adam and I are staying busy with Scouting stuff, time with family (we make a point to ensure Jeremy sees all of his grandparents every week, if possible), time with friends, and - within the last two months - preparing our house for sale! We listed it on the first Friday in March, and had a full-price signed contract within 48 hours. After that offer fell through, as did the second, we're now in our third full-price contract and it's looking like this one will stick. (Keep your fingers crossed for us - we're scheduled to close on Cinco de Mayo!)
Earlier this year, we said goodbye to Adam's grandmother, Agnes. After five and a half years of spending time with her here in Dallas, she had a quick decline and passed away on February 2nd. Adam's parents, his uncle Stephen, and the three of us were with her when she passed. We are glad for her that she is no longer suffering physically or in confusion. This weekend we will all return to south Louisiana to celebrate her life at Avery Island, one of her favorite places. We're glad we got to spend so much time with her in her last years, and very glad that she got to meet her first great grandchild.
